Pre-operative Facial Structure Assessment

Preparation before lower eyelid and eye bag surgery.
• Blood thinning medications, such as aspirin, should be discontinued for at least 7-10 days.
• You should wash your hair before the surgery, as it may be difficult to wash your hair in the initial period after the surgery.
• On the day of surgery, refrain from wearing makeup or using cosmetics that are difficult to remove.
• You should arrange for someone to care for you after the surgery; you should not drive yourself.

Wound care:

• Important restrictions (first 1-2 weeks):

Wear sunglasses: Protect against wind, dust, and sunlight.
Avoid alcohol, cigarettes & vitamins: Avoid those that hinder blood clotting, such as fish oil and vitamin E.
If you experience severe eye pain, persistent bleeding, or blurred vision, seek immediate medical attention.
